Prices and fees<\/h3>\n

The prices stated are including VAT, and excluding the shipping cost.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs<\/strong>
\nOrder value up to SEK 999 = SEK 59 shipping
\nOrder value over SEK 999 = FREE SHIPPING<\/p>\n

2. Delivery<\/h3>\n

Stock items (marked with "fast delivery") are sent within 1-5 working days.<\/p>\n

Delivery time for customized products:
\nSleepy animals - about 4-6 weeks
\nBabynest - about 4-6 weeks
\nAll other products - about 2-3 weeks
\nPlease note that there may be a slightly longer delivery when ordering July-August<\/p>\n

Note that orders outside EU has a longer delivery time! \n\nWhen ordering several items, they are co-shipped and the delivery time will be the same as the product with the longest delivery time.<\/p>\n

Although we strive to deliver within the announced time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.<\/p>\n

3. Return policy<\/h3>\n

You can cancel or return an order of in-stock products<\/strong> (marked with "fast delivery" and without ordering name \/ date printing) from the day you place your order until 14 days after receipt of your ordered goods. If you have been charged for the goods, you will receive a refund on the product but not for the return shipping that you are responsible for. On customized products<\/strong> where you have decided the fabric \/ shape, there is no right of return.<\/p>\n

If you want to cancel your purchase or return your order, please let us know by emailing <\/a>. The email must be received by us within the 14-day period specified in the section "Right of withdrawal" above. You then have another 14 days to return the goods in accordance with the section "Returns" below. We will make a refund, preferably with the same payment method that you used at the time of ordering as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after we have received your notice of regret of the purchase provided we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent the goods back. Another form of payment may be used for the refund, provided that you approve such a change. Under no circumstances will this incur any additional costs for you.<\/p>\n

If you have received an incorrect item, you must immediately notify Gullemig of this and return the item in accordance with the section "Returns" below. For goods that we deem to be incorrect, Gullemig makes a full refund.<\/p>\n

For unclaimed packages at agents, you pay both the round-trip and return costs that arise, and this is corrected against your order at Klarna.<\/p>\n

4. Returns<\/h3>\n

Gullemig guarantees a full refund or, if you prefer, replacement for stock items<\/strong>\u00a0in accordance with the section \"Right of withdrawal\", provided that all goods are returned in the same condition as they were in the delivery to you. This means that the goods must not have been damaged, soiled, washed or altered. In the event of a return, you as the buyer are responsible for the shipping cost for the returned product. There is no right of return customized products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

5. Colors and shape<\/h3>\n

We strive to show the properties of our products in the most accurate way possible, including composition, shape and colors. However, the color you see on gullemig.se depends on your computer screen, and we can not guarantee that your screen can visually reproduce colors correctly.<\/p>\n

6. Warranty<\/h3>\n

If the products you have purchased are defective, Gullemig applies current consumer legislation. If you are not satisfied with your products due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damage that has occurred during transport - inform us as soon as possible by email <\/a>.<\/p>\n
